What is a Buyers Agent ? Realtors®
can act in either of two roles. A Listing or Sellers Agent represents
the Seller and is obligated by law to get the best price and terms for the Seller.
Buyers Agents work for Buyers and must legally and ethically look
out for the buyer's best interest.
I can act as either a Buyers or Sellers Agent so I understand all facets of the

as your Buyer Agent, my allegiance is to you and only you.
